The use of multi-hole probes is simple and allows the simultaneous acquisition of

 

  • Angle of attack
  • Speed
  • static and total pressure
  • static and total temperature
  • and other aerodynamic as well as thermodynamic quantities.

Details

Multi-hole probes are used in various applications where angle of attack, velocity, pressure and temperature have to be measured.

Multi-hole probes with standard geometries are available in various shapes:
– straight,
– L-shaped,
– Cobra shaped
– “drilled elbow”-shaped
– or also according to customer request

Robust multi-hole probes from Vectoflow are available in standard straight, cobra or L shapes in addition to customized designs. Of course, the lengths, tip diameters and tip geometry are based on you and are specially adapted to your application.
We are also happy to supply the appropriate calibration, pressure and temperature measuring device and software.
We will be happy to help you select which standard geometry fits your application, if required.
